Once a prospered and reinforced town, Mandu or Mandavgarh is sited in Dhar District, in the Malwa region of western Madhya Pradesh, India.
Mandu is famous amongst travelers for its structural miracles which you can observe in each and every edge of the town. It's an absolute amalgamation of architecture & past.
Yet admitted as a ruined city, Mandu caters as a renowned tourist site. Mandu has various past connected to it. Rising from its golden era in the 14th century to the abandonment of its emperors to Mughal emperors, two centenaries later, Mandu fascinated the eyes of every conquistador-native or nonnative. The beauty of the city’s former period can still be witnessed at its engaging and pastel-colored buildings. Besides its deep history of foreign dominion, the town of Mandu also resonates with the love story of poet prince Baz Bahadur and her pretty fiancée Rani Roopmati.
